I hope your Coffee is as strong as you are today & that you're eating a healthy, well-balanced meal this morning. Remember to add fruit to your morning breakfast meal.

Time for me to get started on my working on my small online Business until the Post office opens & I can go sendoff orders to customers. Then later it's off to work at 7 Eleven for me. 

Don't forget to make an entry in your daily Journal, as it helps you vent and get your creative juices flowing. I'm enjoying a nice, hot cup of Coffee & about to journal myself. Also, don't forget to make a "GRATITUDE LIST" & write down all the things you're grateful for.

I wanted to introduce to everyone the challenge that I started 2 weeks ago. I kind of fell off the bandwagon so to speak but got right back up & started it over with.
